Big Sis, lil sis

When you are part of the Kansas Rush Girls Academy program, it's more than just a team, it's an extended family and that's intentional. Kansas Rush Girls Academy teams travel together, train together, and participate in some group activities that continue to foster our focus on family.

An additional way that we work to connect the girls is through our Big Sis/Lil Sis program. Each player is given a big sis or little sis based on their ages and from there, they are encouraged to meet up, learn more about each other, and build a healthy relationship together. It's a great opportunity for our younger players to have someone to look up to and it is also a way to allow our older players the chance to mentor and be a role model.

The GA is committed to cultivating an environment that empowers each player to reach their best potential as an exceptional athlete and human being and we feel that this program contributes to that mission!
