Daouda Kante - Technical Director
Former MLS player and Mali National Team player. During his career with New England Revolution, he was an Eastern Conference Champion and played in the 2002 MLS final. He was selected 2nd team all MLS in 2002.

Randall Porter
Former Professional Indoor player with the Sacramento Knights and college player at Graceland University. Randall has been coaching in the KC area for 11 years starting with the KC Nomads then with BVSC and the KC Wizards Juniors. He has won 5 state cup championships as a head coach and 1 regional championship as an assistant coach for the U19 Wizards Juniors. He is the Director of Coaching-Seniors with Kansas Rush and coaches both boys and girls teams of all ages. Randall also holds a USSF “D” liscense. |

Aaron Payne Aaron has been coaching with the Kansas Rush Soccer Club for the past 12 years and currently holds both the USSF “National D” License and the NSCAA Professional Development certificate. Aaron has worked as the head coach of many boys and girls competitive teams during his time with Kansas Rush as well as served in the position of Youth Academy Director for the club. Having grown up and played soccer locally Aaron is excited to be a part of the phenomenal growth of soccer in Kansas City and is committed to the development of individual technical confidence and creativity of the players and teams under his direction. |

Fatai Ayoade Fatai has been coaching youth soccer for 20+ years in the Kansas City area. He is currently the head men's coach at Johnson County Community College where he has earned many accolades including the 2001 NSCAA/Adidas Central Region Coach of the Year award and 2009 KJCCC Men's Coach of the Year. Fatai currently holds the USSF "D" License, NSCAA Advanced Regional Diploma, and a Professional Development Certificate. |

Brandi Leggett Former Olathe Spirit and Soccerettes (independent team) Club Player. Brandi Leggett played soccer for Temple University, where she was two time Atlantic 10 Conference Player of the Week and the third all-time goal scorer for Temple University. As a former Olathe North Soccer Player, received Kansas Gatorade Player of the Year Award and am currently the third all-time goal scorer in the state of Kansas with 102 career goals. She has coached high school soccer in Philadelphia, PA for five years and has been a club coach for two years. |

Melissa Papa Former Olathe Spirit and KCFC player, Melissa Papa played for Olathe East High School and was elected to the All-state team three years in a row. She went on to play collegiate soccer at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She was awarded All-Conference player for the Missouri Great Lakes Valley Conference. During her time there she was awarded most assists in a single season and the team made appearances in two Conference championship games. Melissa has coached youth camps in St. Louis, Wisconsin-River Falls, and Kansas city. She was also part of a mentor program with inner city kids in St. Louis, MO. She is currently working on her second year with the Kansas Rush Soccer Club. |

Scott Siegel Played soccer at Rockhurst High School, and went to play collegiately at Rockhurst University and UMKC. After playing in college he started coaching at both St. Teresa's Academy and Rockhurst High School. He was at Rockhurst for 8 years in many capacities including the JV Coach and Lead Varsity Assistant. While there Rockhurst won back-to-back State Championships in 1998 and 1999. He was the Head Coach at St. Teresa's Academy for 10 years, from 2001-2010. While there the team won 4 out of 5 State Championships from 2002-2006. He was named the Missouri State High School Soccer Coaches Association Coach of the Year in 2002, 2003, 2005 and 2006. In 2003 he was named the National Federation of School's (NFS) Regional Coach of the Year, and in 2006 was named the NSCAA's Regional Coach of the Year in 2006. He has coached many players on to Division I schools including, Notre Dame, Marquette, Missouri State, Nebraska, Drake, Purdue and TCU. |

Bob Casper Casper was a four-year letter winner at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He served as an assistant coach at Bemidji State University in 2004 & 2005. Then moved to Barton County Community College in 2006 as head women’s soccer coach, and currently is the head men’s soccer coach at Ottawa University (2007-present). Casper has served as a coach for Kansas ODP since 2006. He has his NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, USSF “D”, and NSCAA Goalkeeping Level I Diploma. |

Ibrahim Kante Pro Player Ibrahim Kante has played in the MLS, MISL and USL since 2003. Winning 3 championships in 2004 & 2006 with the Baltimore Blast, and again in 2010 with Monterrey, Mexico. As an oversees player from Bamako, Mali, Kante has made appearances with several major league teams across the United States. As a previous captain for several of these teams he has the ability to lead a team to victory. He carries years of experience coaching and sharing his expertise to age groups of all ranges. |

Sarah Matthews Former Olathe Spirit (Rush) player, Sara Matthews played collegiate soccer at Baker University. During her time at Baker she received all conference honors, female athlete of the year, and was captain sophomore, junior and senior seasons. She was a Grad Assistant at Washburn University for one year then returned to Baker to be the Women's Assistant Coach where the team reached the NAIA Final Four and NAIA Elite Eight in 2010 and 2011. Other experience includes Shawnee Mission West JV coach, JCCC summer soccer camp assistant director, and Rush micro soccer coach. Sara currently holds a USSF D license. |

Bernard Pro From Orleans, France, Bernard played for the Arago ‘Football’ club, France including several seasons in Div III. I obtained my coaching D license in 1987 and have been coaching US premier soccer for more than 25 years which included private teams and clubs such as Udinese, Olathe Spirit, Shawnee Elite, Aston Villa Premier programs and Force Soccer Academy. I coach soccer for the love of the game, enjoy teaching all aspects of the game at all level and sharing the passion of soccer to develop creative, skilled and confident players. |

Jessica Tehan Jessica Teahan graduated from Missouri State University with an Early Childhood Education degree as well as played goalkeeper for the Bears. As a Bear, Teahan was named Missouri Valley Conference Goalkeeper of the Year in 2011, as well as first team all Missouri Valley in 2009, 2010, and 2011, both academically and athletically. She holds the Missouri State University Career Goals against Average record. Her senior year she was nominated for the Lowe’s Senior Class Award. She helped lead the St. Thomas Aquinas Girl’s Soccer team to their 11thstate championship this spring. |

Boris Pardo The New Jersey native played four years of collegiate soccer at Seton Hall, setting the school record for most career shutouts and earning 2006 Big East Goalkeeper of the Year recognition. Pardo, the son of Chilean parents, began his professional playing career in Chile, spending time with Universidad de Chile and Palestino, both clubs in Santiago that play in the Chilean Primera Division. He joined Major League Soccer in 2007 as a League Pool goalkeeper and was called in by Toronto FC and FC Dallas. He spent the majority of the season training in Kansas City. Pardo then signed a full contract with the Wizards in 2008, playing regularly in reserve division matches and exhibitions, including an appearance against Mexico's Atlas AC. He remained with the squad in 2009, backing up Kevin Hartman and seeing time in non-league competitions, highlighted by a penalty shootout in which he made two saves to help the Wizards advance past the Minnesota Thunder in the U.S. Open Cup third round. |
